A focused review of the code paths, infrastructure, and observability tied to a specific production symptom. Deliverables typically include a written findings memo, reproduction notes, and a ranked list of remediation options with effort hints. Assessments suit leadership teams that need an external read before committing budget to a larger fix.
Advisory sessions
Working time with your engineers on the defect itself: reading stack traces together, designing a failing integration test, or walking through a deployment pipeline that only breaks under load. Sessions are scheduled in blocks; scope is limited to the agreed topic so the conversation stays actionable.
Scoped implementation
When the remedy is well bounded — for example a retry policy, database migration script, or CI guard — we implement and hand over with runbook notes. Milestones and acceptance checks are defined in writing before work starts.
